看到左近村庄有块地在卖。确定尚无planning的。但这块地在主路边,并且两旁都是屋宇。也就是除了这块地外同一条路上的都曾经有建好的房子。下列是地的信息,不知道有高人能指导一下,这说的甚么意思呢?是不是有对比大时机能拿到planning呢?地的Grade I跟房子的Grade I lisited应该是纷歧样的吧。还有阿谁public footparth是啥意思呢?

The land has been used for agricultural purposes in recent years but may be suitable for other uses subject to obtaining necessary planning consents. The land is currently laid to permanent pasture, with some mature fruit trees situated around the paddock. On the Land Classification Map for England and Wales 1978 the land is classified as being Grade I. The land is not subject to any environmental management agreements and is not registered with the Rural PaymentsAgency for single farm payments. The land is subject to a public footpath, which runs parallel to the boundary of the field.

不是专业人士,就字面意思来看,是说这块地始终是农业用处,能够在取得须要的planning当前作为其余用处(应该就是私用住房之类的),也就是说能够去请求和取得planning.
grade阿谁是不是不同真的不太懂,footpath是说这块地旁边就是公共步行小路,估量是您当前不克不及把门前的路私用。但愿对您有帮忙

Grade I 应该是罗马数字五的意思,Agricultural Land Classification一共五级,前三级属于特殊维护级别,根本不允许改建。假如是级别五的话,获取planning permission的可能性较大。
