Building Surveyor的报告也没写明严重程度等级，我也看不太懂，请专业人士帮忙看看！都修好大概要多少钱？整个报告很多次提到窗户和墙体之间空隙比较大，是不是全部窗户都要换的意思？换一扇窗户大概多少钱啊？
Walls
The walls are cavity masonry with painted timber panelling. The walls have a bitumen
DPC to a good height above ground level. To the rear, however, the DPC is only one
course above ground level, which is insufficient by modern standards, although we
could see no issues internally related to this.
The walls, front and rear, do have a hard abutment to the ground which potentially can
also cause issues in terms of dampness, although we cannot see that it is causing a
problem other than some staining.
There is a concrete lip going up to the tiled porch area. This is becoming loose where
it joins the porch and should be sealed.
The timber panelling would benefit from some maintenance in the short-medium term,
where the paint is flaking away. This should be rubbed down and repainted to ensure
longevity. There are some gaps between the timber panelling to either side of the front
window, which is allowing bugs to ‘nest’ here. These should be filled to prevent
infestation. Otherwise the timber panelling is in average condition.
There is some hairline cracking within the mortar where the timber meets the masonry.
These small cracks should be filled to prevent any water ingress. This is also true
around the window frames, where it meets the walls. Some of the cracking here
appears to have been patched in the past, especially to the corners of the walls.

The remaining cracking, as demonstrated in the photos attached, should also be
sealed/patched to prevent water ingress, especially as the windows are relatively flush
to the walls, which is also a potential risk. There are also some gaps/holes in the wall
where wires are penetrating the walls, this is common, but should be also sealed for
the same reasons.
Similarly, there is also some cracking to the corners of the windows at ground floor,
especially where the painted lintel meets the masonry. There are a few cracks to the
masonry here, and the paint is flaking away.

好像是新的building regulation不允许楼上的窗台太矮 说是容易翻下窗户。。。。。
