9月1号应该给房租,就给了2/3, 合同里面也没有延期交租金给利息的条款, 如何解决

That where the Property is left unoccupied, without prior notice in writing to the Landlord or Agent, for a prolonged period, the Tenant has failed to pay rent for that period, and has shown no intention to return, the Landlord may treat these actions as a surrender of the tenancy. This means that the Landlord may take over the Property and re-let it

Subject to the condition that the Landlord must obtain a court order for possession of the Property before re-entering the premises; if the Tenant does not:
(a) pay the rent (or any part of it) within 14 days of the date on which it is due; or
(b) comply with the obligations set out in the agreement,
then the Landlord may re-enter the Property and end the tenancy.
This right must be exercised in the correct way through the Courts and only the Court can order the Tenant to give up possession of the Property

打电话咨询了原因吗?如果万一周转不开,会及时补齐,可以理解的。
我之前有过一个房客,和老婆离婚后,现金流出现了一些问题。那2个月的房租,都是月初付些,月末付一些。但他解释了原因,我同意了。
2个月后,就恢复正常的standing order了

你可别什么事情上纲上线,如果房客不给你钱,难道你要告他上法庭吗??
4楼说的对,先问问是什么情况? 再做打算。利息就别提了,谈几P利息伤感情
