因为是想把房子短期出租，但是怕那种不交租也不搬走的租客，请问如果不收押金不签合同是否能够避免这个问题？有什么法律上需要注意的地方，谢谢

可以不签合同啊。但是押金要收，护照复印件要拿的。房客基本都不会不搬走。你不要太担心。

他住在那里你就不能把租客赶走（法律上），和是否有合同和押金没有关系。

A ‘Verbal Contract’ is binding by law. Simply, a verbal agreement is as legally binding as a written Tenancy Agreement (however, I would never advise to enter any agreement without a written contract). As soon as a landlord allows access into the property and accepts rental payment, a verbal contract is formed.
