我家软水系统和净水系统是分开的。喝的水只是滤过了，没软化。软化过的水含高钠，不健康。

如果是伦敦的话，整个伦敦都在硬水区里，
自西北向东南越来越硬，但是硬水对身体有坏处的传言没有确凿科学证据，其实硬水对身体有好处倒是有少量证据：
