最近看上套房,是victoria 时期市中心的一所大房。目前是被用作office,一共四层加地下室。房主申请了planning permission,可以把楼上三层改成三个1 bed flats,下面一层做shop.想买来做投资,但不知道改建的费用要多少。 每层大概30多平米,每层各加厕所,厨房。内墙和改楼梯等。再加上地板什么的,基本内部都要重新去弄,有人有经验这个大概要多少银子吗?先谢谢啦!

I do not really know how is the situation of this property now and how much work the owner of the property would like to do ,may I view the property first ,I come back from Spain in a few days ,should we view the property for one time ? or you can come to few of the extension works what we did this year and last year ,I have details about how much there were cost ,then we can discuss the details ,what would you think ?

we need to view more details otherwise we can not give you a good quote ,then your investment cost could goes up ,why this agency can not show us the current situation ?

we are builder , we want to view the property’s situation then give the right quote ,you must bring your builder ,check the situation of the property carefully then decide if worth to do the investment

if you could make time ,you can come to the place where we working now ,work with us at least 4 month till one project complete ,then you will know at least how much all the building materials cost and labor cost and where to get them ,if it is your first time to do this kind of investment ,it could be the way I suggest

我觉得是不是等到brexit投票完了再投资?如果退欧的话房价会跌的,有钱不如去买空英镑可能赚的比较多。

compare with your business ,property is very stable ,and property is a long term investment and it is one of the best way to against the inflation ,i 'm not against to shot the british pound if you can earn may be billions in a short term ,but personally i’m just focus on the properties investment and building

I was a speculator of commodities long time ago ,but i’m getting old ,property investment for me is stable ,may be you are in your 20’s
