it normally contain in your lease. in the preliminary clauses, there will be a ground rent clause which refer to a clause in the lease. You can see the details there. Normally it will say the initial ground rent is such amount and will be reviewed every xx year, the amount will the national index rate balabala, which means it will not be that much. But for many new flats, it may say each time increase such amount or then index rate higher one will apply. Please be careful, it it says double or previous amount, you need to be cautious and get this amended as the amount can dramatically high later and you may even not be able to sell it.
