主要就是敲两个墙，一个是厨房和餐厅之间的墙，可能是承重墙，加梁，还有个是厨房和utility room之间的墙，很小，但是要加梁。拆掉所有的东西橱柜啊之类，是另外找人安装橱柜和厕所的，地板也是另外找人安装。 要价5千，大家觉得合适么，不是伦敦

感觉还可以，不过贵不贵只有比较才知道（每个地方的人工不一样每个房子的情况不一样），如果没有别的选择不管贵或者便宜你不都得干嘛。
你这个情况需要向council的building control部门申请building regulation approval，所以你得确认报价里面是不是包括这项内容。

感觉报价太低，不现实。去除承重墙加钢梁就要3-4k。这个难度不小，搞得不好会危及房子结构安全，一定有building control。另外这些工作将产生大量rubble 及其他垃圾。trader 应该知道有垃圾处理的问题及费用。quote没有提及。

墙并不是实心的，是空的，但有一部分估算是承重墙，找了结构工程师已经算好如果加梁的数据
