条目里有几项没有弄懂：mortgage fee，我都另外交给银行了，律师这边收的是什么？

觉得有点贵，不太合理，我的律师就列的不一样，没有这么多乱七八糟费用

口说无凭的，律师需要和银行确认你真的把mortgage fee交给银行了。律师当然不会免费进行确认，所以需要收费£125.00

律师费675如果按照伦敦价格，不算贵。
mortgage fee这个事是这样的，你买房需要律师，贷款给你的银行也需要律师，很多时候买房人的律师就同时当贷款银行的律师所以收费，如果分开更贵还麻烦，不过你问我这个费用是不是acting for lender的费用。
fruad check如果只是一个买房人那贵了

My solicitor does not charge extra for dealing with the lender, but she did say there would be additional charge if the completion was within 7 days after the exchange of contract, not sure how much it would be as the vendor required a completion date 2 weeks after the exchange.
