如果是上私校的话压根不存在学区房的问题是吗？就是伦敦大北边的如果不介意早起也可以去西边的学校上学。。。。。原谅我的菜鸟级别。。。

You are absolutely correct. When you have money, you can do anything. However, there is another problem for independent schools, most of them have entrance examination even for 3 years old.
Even for state schools on London, there is no such things as "学区房”。 The admission is determined by a number of rules, mainly distance. Suppose the school admit 90 students, your kid will not get in even you live just 200 meters away from the school when they are 90 kids live closer. When you live just next to school, you may not be able to get your kid into school when they are 90 kids live far from school but have siblings in the school already.
