Supply and fit new extractor fan to the kitchen as the current one is faulty and unrepairable including make fascia plate to cover and exposed area left as current fan is larger than normal £125.00Replace 20 tiles to the kitchen that have come away from the wall and grout thereafter (plain white tiles would be used). £145.00Supply and install mixer shower to the bathroom with exposed pipework to rhs wall, run through the loft space and connect to the pipework in the boiler cupboard. Remove the old electric shower switch box, cap off the pipe work, remove the switch and disconnect the cable from the fuse board. £295.00Total £565.00
