这律师费报价差别挺大的,这是不是和房子大小也有关,越大的房越贵呢,大家的律师费用七七八八都加起来要多少呢,我怎么印象中只要1000左右,现在突然变成2000了

这是我昨天网上随便找的一家给的报价,这家是最低的,我要买的是105000的LEASE HOLD的房,这上面的明细是不是包含了基本所需要的了,如果都含了,我就选这家算了。

不同的律师收费标准是不一样的,有些是按房子价格的百分比,有些是固定值,有些是按工作小时收费,有些是no deal no fee。不知道你的这个律师收不收bank transfer fee,如果不要的话,楼主列的明细应该是包括了所有的了。
