律师发了些东西給我,中介和賣家，大概是以下问题:
the Landlord’s agents have disclosed in their re-sale packs that they both charge fees to attend to the administration and change over of the title deeds into your name. In my opinion there is an element of duplication here. This seems unfair. On completion I have to provide a fee of £240.00 to Trinity who manage the service charges and a fee of £340.00 to Estates Management who collect the Ground Rent. These are particularly high so I wanted to give you advance notice.

这个没办法的，买leasehold就是这么麻烦，遇到要价很高的property 的management company 没有办法，我当时买的时候付了你这个开帐户费的，卖得时候也付了re-sale pack的

什么也没做，因为是那个公司管理，这个就是你必须交的钱
开帐户的注册费是一次性的
那个re-sale package不是一次性的，你如果remortgage用不同的银行，你每次都得交
