这不就是卖块没有车路到达的荒地吗(does not presently have vehicular access to the site),而且如果这地要被开发的话要还给卖主(Please note a clawback will be applied in the event the land is subject to any form of development.)
买来养猪种菜都很好啊;P

在 green belt 里的地块一般人几乎没有机会开发。
楼主如果真要买地块自己盖房子的话,买地的时候看看价格和面积就知道了。 一般伦敦最少也要20万吧,能买一块150平方米的地皮,带规划许可的。 不带规划许可但是有潜力变更地块用途的最少也要10万以上。
如果你看到1Acr以上的不到5万的地块,直接不用想了, 用来种菜挺好,盖房没戏。

说到卖地,我一同事几年前在surbiton花30万买了个Cottage,带个侧面的长花园。她把花园划出三分之二,花了一年时间万把块找人设计个排房,搞到plan permission, 把这块地卖了30几万。然后又因为换工作把自己的住的房子卖了50万,一来一回三四年的工夫赚了半个米!
