Professional Fee £499.00

Excluding vat, disbursements, other professional fees and government charges

Disbursements
Bankruptcy Search (£6 per person) (VAT exempt) £6.00
A search on each person to confirm they have not been made bankrupt
Priority Search (VAT exempt) £3.00
Land Registry Search to check there are no outstanding charges on the property
Chancel Liability Insurance £15.00
To provide cover in case a property may be within a parish or district that retains the right to charge for repairs to the church chancel
Professional Search Pack – Including “fall through protection” £249.00
The professional search pack comes with fall through protection. The pack contains the 3 searches required by most lenders; a data rich personal Local Authority Search (including building control info), a Water & Drainage Search and an Environmental Search. Your solicitor may recommend additional, property specific, Searches if necessary.
Other Professional Fees
Stamp Duty Land Tax Return £80.00
The solicitor will be required to complete and submit an SDLT return to the Inland Revenue. The return must be submitted in all cases including those where no SDLT is payable
Dealing with Lender £95.00
This only applies if you are taking out a mortgage on the property. In which case your solicitor will also be required to act for the lender or if applicable deal with the lender’s solicitor
Leasehold Matters £150.00
Additional work involved with leasehold purchases including inspection of the lease and enquiries thereon
Telegraphic Transfer £39.00
The solicitor will be required to send the purchase funds to the seller’s solicitor electronically
Money Laundering ID verification (£12 per person) £12.00
The solicitor will be required to verify your identification to comply with money laundering regulations
VAT on above fees @20% £227.80
The amount is based on all of the above fees including the standard professional fee

差不多，legal费不贵，肯定是网上的conveyancing了
leasehold估计到时候还会有些别的收费了 看房子了
