Erect scaffold for duration of works.
2. Remove tiles from roof slopes setting aside for re use.
3. Remove old reed, plaster, felt and battens from roof slopes.
4. Treat all roof timbers with anti infestation spray.
5. Supply and fix new breathable felt and treated battens to roof slopes.
6. Re tile roof slopes supplying any shortfall.
7. Supply and fix new lead flashings to chimney.
8. Supply and fix new twist hook hip irons.
9. Re bed hips and ridges supplying any shortfall.
10.Remove rubbish from site, leaving clean and tidy.
For the sum of £3,587.
