这两年的留英党们真的不容易以前是由于疫情当初恢单线下教学后大学又时时时搞歇工咱就是说这半年英国大学的歇工频率
然鹅，歇工还不是起点，当初先生不只要操心交了学费没课上，更要耽心本人拿不到成就了？！
英国大学工会UCU表现，因为养老金、薪资、任务前提等争议纠纷，目前已有44所大学将采用进一步行为，那就是回绝给先生评分。这也象征着相干大学的先生无奈收到他们的成就，在某些状况下，先生可能乃至无奈结业。
英国大学工会的初等教育官员会在明天进一步散会，探讨回绝成就评分的详细日期。日期发布后委员也会及时和大家跟进。

工会表现，按照新的通胀数据计算，大学员工的工资其实是降落的，降落的部份超过25%。在这类前提下，增添方案关于普通讲师来讲更是雪上加霜，这将使他们的养老金升高35%。
在比来对英国初等教育任务人员的一项考察中，更有三分之二的人表现，由于养老金、薪资、任务前提等候遇的缩水，他们正在斟酌分开该行业。

学校与职工之间的爱恨情仇，歇工没课上、deadline一个不少就算了，当初连分数都有可能拿不到......最初苦的仍是先生们呐，但愿这次的纠纷能够谈妥，最少不要先生们耽心拿不到成就。
