就是阿谁收费开药和看牙的卡，我怎么都找不到了，正在补办，有亲知道大略多久能收到吗？还有在等新卡的过程当中假如需求买药怎么办啊，是否只能本人掏钱了？

打个电话 两三天就来了。他们把我名字拼错，我打个电话 ，两三天就收到了。

跟药房阐明，会给张表填一下，药仍是收费的，卡大略一个星期能收到吧

我是丢了后间接在网上发的邮件，次日就回复了，同一周收到replacement。

I didn’t have one because I was registered in Wales. But when I moved to England and needed to get some prescribed medicine, the lady at the counter only asked if I was valid for exemption (at the time my LO was already a few months old). If yes, tick the box. She said if I lied I would get a fine. But I never heard anything back since.
