我孕19周,从小就是不吃奶制品的,没有显著缺钙的表示,身材也很好。然而当初怀孕了,不知道光靠吃钙片能顶事吗?我的确喝牛奶有心思障碍,一想到牛奶就要吐,没法逼着喝上来。不知道各位美妈们有甚么好的倡议吗?谢谢!

吃孕期混合维生素就行了吧 光补钙片是不排汇的 需求搭配维生素d3 所以混合的最佳

网上看第一位补钙不是牛奶, 是芝麻酱,还有虾米,还有豆腐。 委曲喝超不喜爱的奶身材应该也不太排汇吧, 试试别的食补。

吃pregacare max就行-了,他们家的孕期维生素只要max是有补钙的

假如是钙缺的厉害,那就补液体钙吧,osteocare那款蛮好的。不外我的mw是倡议我28周之后再分外补钙,过早补钙怕前期惹起胎盘钙化影响胎儿养分供应。然而你说你不喝牛奶等,或许能够早一点,你最佳问问你的mw。

Try other calcium fortified milk like coconut milk, oat milk, soy milk, and etc. If you want to breastfeed, calcium is very important. Breastfeeding mums need 十二50mg calcium a day.
My LO has multiple allergies, including to cow’s milk. The first thing his dietitian asked me after knowing I am breastfeeding and has excluded cow’s milk in my diet is how much calcium I was taking daily. Pregnacare breastfeeding multivitamine pills only have 700mg calcium (daily 2 pills). So I have been taking multivitamine pills and about 300ml of hemp milk daily.
There are a lot of sources for calcium, such as fish, chickpeas, and etc. But it’s better to have a stable supply of calcium so that you know you are getting enough every day.
For you current calcium intake requirement, you will need to discuss with you MW.

补钙的同时要补vitamin D,vitamin K2 以及适当镁,否则钙吃多了也排汇不进去还会形成钙堆积。所以吃综合维生素算是最便利平安的了。

一样保举综合维他命,食品中多吃点芝士酸奶也是不错的
