28周要坐飞机，25周见midwife的时分跟他说好了给我封信，他说会寄给我，都1个多礼拜了也没收到，明天又打电话预定后果直到我飞也没有预定的空了，假如没收到信我本人写封行吗？那封信里有无甚么固定的格局？有无美妈提供个样本？

我28周飞台湾 33周飞回美国航空公司都没有要医生证实，不外我为了保险起见仍是让OB开了个，她也只是在Prescription Pad 上写预产期是几号罢了

不同航空公司有不同的要求，妹妹需求登程前详细查航空公司的terms. 英航的要求的确是28当前出具证实。我28W 2D 要飞，被问了，照实回答，原告知没有letter就不克不及注销，被堵在机场不让我check in. 起初究竟让OB写了letter, confirm that I am fit to travel 才过关的。妹妹 仍是做好筹备为宜。

我看了一下波兰航空的terms:
Up to the thirty-second week of their pregnancy, pregnant women may travel with their doctor’s consent without needing a medical certificate. After the thirty-second week, they are required to complete a Medical Information (MEDIF) form (link to MEDIF).
这里并无写分明这个doctor consent 是不是一定要in letter form. 假如你能够claim你有 verbal consent, 不知是不是可行。仍是倡议妹妹 打电话跟航空公司确认一下她们究竟需求甚么。。。
我OB 的letter 是写给英航的，按照英航terms 上说的究竟需求甚么language. Here is the extract from my OB’s letter:
I have seen xxx in the clinic on xxx. Her estimated date of delivery is xxx , and she is currently 28 weeks and 2 days pregnant. Xxx has been well and has had a normal pregnancy with no complicating factors. I can see no reason why flying to xxx would be contra-indicated at this point.
