我家法宝刚刚一个半月，刚刚请求了birth certificate, 我的永居刚刚拿到，然而是在出世当前才拿到的，当初怎么给宝宝请求英国护照?一头雾水，假如给宝宝请求入籍了当前还能回国长呆吗? 看到坛子里得多妈妈给宝宝请求只可以过护照，是否请求了入籍就不克不及请求英国护照了? 给宝宝请求入籍需求怎么管理? 好多问题，谢谢

只能入籍后能力请求英国护照啊，你连英国国籍都不是，怎么请求英国护照？晕。就像中国人就请求中国护照同样，难不可中国国籍还能请求个美国护照？

宝宝在你拿了PR 之后就有权益请求英国国籍。 填表 MN1寄出去就行了， 需求你的PR 卡跟PASSPORT，宝宝出世纸. 寄出去3个礼拜就收到了。 我也正在办这个。 更好的一个办法是当初帮宝宝请求个中国游览证，2年来回，英国宝宝生上去是你拿PR以前，所以宝宝出世的时分是中国籍，

Part I
British Citizenship
Acquisition after co妹妹encement
1 Acquisition by birth or adoption.
(1)A person born in the United Kingdom after co妹妹encement [F1, or in a qualifying territory on or after the appointed day,] shall be a British citizen if at the time of the birth his father or mother is—
(a)a British citizen; or
(b)settled in the United Kingdom [F2or that territory].
[F3(1A)A person born in the United Kingdom or a qualifying territory on or after the relevant day shall be a British citizen if at the time of the birth his father or mother is a member of the armed forces.]
(2)A new-born infant who, after co妹妹encement, is found abandoned in the United Kingdom [F4, or on or after the appointed day is found abandoned in a qualifying territory,] shall, unless the contrary is shown, be deemed for the purposes of subsection (1)—
(a)to have been born in the United Kingdom after co妹妹encement [F5or in that territory on or after the appointed day]; and
(b)to have been born to a parent who at the time of the birth was a British citizen or settled in the United Kingdom [F6or that territory].
(3)A person born in the United Kingdom after co妹妹encement who is not a British citizen by virtue of subsection (1) [F7, (1A)] or (2) shall be entitled to be registered as a British citizen if, while he is a minor—
(a)his father or mother becomes a British citizen or becomes settled in the United Kingdom; and
(b)an application is made for his registration as a British citizen.

假如宝宝是在父亲取得永居或者英籍之后出世的话， 就自动是英国国籍了，间接请求护照就行了。。。。 看来我能够开家移民征询公司了。 这些都很简略呀， 网上UKBA 查一下都有了。。。
