由于国际买英股的门坎很高（300万资产能力买），因而我另找方法，自己在国际从没来过英国，往年2月我开了英国虚构银行，并用它的statement开了Degiro买英国股，当初出问题了，他们发邮件说我的税收地址有问题，并且必需9月1号前必需更改，我这怎么办妥？，邮件是这样写的：

We are contacting you with regards to the personal tax information in your DEGIRO account with username (xxxxx).
Our records indicate that the country of tax residence you have declared is different from the country of your home address. This is unusual and therefore we ask you to check and if applicable correct this data.
You can see your address and/or your country of tax residence by logging in to your DEGIRO account and going to the profile page. On this page you can also make any necessary changes.
We kindly ask you to check your data and make any changes before September 1st.

问题是我的地址是China 不是UK,DEGIRO open account 的eligibility 是地址在EEA或者UK ,虚构银行的地址那开户的eligibility 是能够the address of friends in UK,所以虚构银行没fraud,所以当初很纠结

你就瞎话实说呗。对方假如close你的account，会把钱放还你的“虚构银行”的账户的。你不是欧盟居民，的确不合乎开户的要求。
