We at Vantage are currently looking for vibrant & hardworking individual to join our property management team.
Key responsibilities of the Property Management Consultant:
· Taking responsibilities for a portfolio of a wide range of properties
· Arranging day to day repairs and keeping tenants and landlords informed of progress
· Register warranty for new appliances
· Preparing invoices from contractors and keeping in record
· Being the main point of contact liaising with contractors, landlords and tenants
· Ensuring all properties are kept up to date with certificates (GSI, EICR&EPC)
· Completing move in/ out renewal tenancy paperwork (Register TDS, prepare a welcome letter and inform utility companies & council)
· Arranging inspections (with or without contractors for 3 block managements)
· Checking landlords’ letters and react accordingly
Essential skills:
· Excellent organisational skills
· A strong problem solver
· The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
· Strong written and verbal co妹妹unication skills
· Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
· Proven customer service skills
· Speaks fluent Chinese and English
