From now on, the train-travelers would be able to get all details of IR services from seat availability, train ticket booking / cancelation, train running information to PNR Status instantly. It is possible now for them to become an authorized member of Indian Railways and get benefits of it. The railway in India is an integral department which is undertaking of the Government of India. The Ministry of Railways manages the worlds second-largest utility employer with 1.36 employees. This public transport enterprise carries over 30 million passengers and overhaul about 2.8 million tons of freight daily. The public sector transporter is now operating its erail service for the convenience of its passengers. Essentially to make rail operations further do better, the Indian Railways erail service is set to give excellent opportunity to passengers use the new service where they can submit their queries, errors and post feedbacks.
