Every convention center has high ceilings and an aura of space, but the biggest convention centers in the world have much more than that. Many of them are labyrinthine in their construction, and can be confusing to navigate, let alone set up your booth and make it look good. Although the larger space does permit more leeway and freedom with some design features, you are also facing more competition from other trade show exhibits because there is just so much room for all the different stands. You may be able to obtain additional space for your trade show display with other rooms or storage areas in a larger hall, but you still face many unique challenges that must be addressed.What More Trade Show Exhibits Means For YouThe bigger the convention hall, the more people can put up a booth inside of it. In a larger hall, you may find that you're more able to get more space because there are more large spaces actually available. Be Bold With Your DesignA larger area for booths has another consequence for your designs: large, loud booths will naturally appear more toned down simply because they have more space around them. Normally, you would be cautioned to keep the tone of your booth within some boundaries, but at an event held in a mega center, you can almost always go all out. People who would normally be overwhelmed by bright colors can handle it against a larger backdrop of other booths and just plain additional space. The same is true for unique innovations and themes that might otherwise be overdoing it. You can take more risks here, because you're less likely to drive visitors away and more likely to find groups that favor your new design. At a smaller venue, people who would dislike any new styling are more likely to notice it. In a large venue, unique trade show exhibits become even more of a draw.A large trade show display hall presents both challenges and opportunities for success. Managing your space is key, and going bold becomes more possible with more room, but there is also more competition. If you consider all these factors and give thought to your presence when you first agree to present, you can have a successful experience.
