Translation jobs are undertaken by professional translators who are well versed with at least two languages.Translation can work at two levels: inter-state or regional language translation and inter-national or foreign language translation. Some forms of parent involvement with the school such as communications with school, volunteering, attending school events and parent--parent connections appeared to have little effect on student achievement, especially in high school. Since a decade now, the software boom has made students to go for the engineering courses in hordes. They take up the bachelor in engineering or bachelor in technology courses in many engineering colleges and even before passing out were absorbed in the software industries and other core industries. Various companies were hiring students from the colleges directly through the placements. Gradually, as the number of students passing out from the engineering colleges began to rise, there was a stiff competition. The competitiveness led to the selection of the students from the best colleges or those students who had a higher degree of qualification like the M Tech, or MCA or such masters degrees. Such demands from the market forces have led to a new kind of race among the engineering graduates. After completion of their B tech or BE degrees, they are now opting for the masters degree in engineering streams as per their earlier streams. This has actually made the education system change itself with various colleges starting the M Tech degrees in different sub-fields of B Tech courses. The starting of M Tech courses is not an easy thing as it requires the colleges to be fully equipped for research activities which the post graduate students have to do. Also, getting admissions in these courses is not easy due to the fewer M Tech seats that are available and also because stringent entrance tests are conducted through the country in form of GATE and by individual institutes also. Due to these reasons, some engineering colleges in Delhi, have started the courses and are able to provide the students with ample opportunities in their career growth. Many M Tech and Ph.d seats are available in the IIT delhi, Delhi Technical University, Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology, Asia Pacific Institute of Information Technology, etc where students can opt for different streams of ME or MTech degrees. The subjects that are commonly available for the students to pursue during the post graduate courses are Information System, Process Control, Signal Processing, Manufacturing process and Automation Engineering, Software Engineering, Chemical Synthesis and Analysis, Civil engineering, Mechanical engineering and many other subject that were chosen in graduation courses. These are some of the subjects that are usually pursued but they vary from one college to another. For the engineering colleges in Mumbai, the students also have to struggle to go through the entrance exams and then only subjects like Earth Science and applied Geology, Biosciences and Bioengineering, metallurgical Engineering, Aerospace engineering, Chemical Engineering, etc can be taken up to study further. Similarly, there are many engineering colleges in Pune, which have also provided the thousands of engineering students to pursue a subject of their choice in the masters course. The popularity of such masters degrees has been increasingly immensely and many colleges are trying their best to arrange the facilities that are required to open up post graduate courses. The government colleges that have been in the circuit for a long time have ample facilities and are being preferred. But the private institutes are also not far behind as they try their best to catch up with the changing trends of engineering education.
