First, let me begin with the what I dont want. But if there were but oneoverarching quality that Id look for, one that if acted upon wouldresult in above average customer service most every time it would bethis: LISTEN.Almostevery customer who reaches out for service from a business wants to beheard. Anything less is an insult and anything more is a bonus.
