I made a short list of Anger Myths as well as brief explanation. In my opinion that doesn't have to necessary be true. There were several situations where only one tragic accident or one informative conversation changed other people's entire point of view...Anger Myth: In environment full of stress, it's impossible to avoid difficultiesIf you are surrounded by stress, it's not easy to live normally. But after taking a deeper look at that issue, you will notice that person disorders not because of stress and happenings around him, but because of how you see those issues. You are guilty for your disorders. Most people think that others form their feeling and emotions. That is wrong. One must try to remain strong and peaceful not matter what is going on around.Anger Myth: Everybody breaks himself at one pointThat depends on person's nature. But in my opinion, education is one big factor here. If someone knows how to act in critical situations, it will be easier for him to go through crisis.Anger Myth: Anger can not be stopped, but can be suppressedJust like we can convince ourselves that we are angry, we can convince ourselves that we aren't angry. It's simple as that. But on the other hand, sometimes is not good to suppress anger because it adds creativity and diversity to our lives. For example, raising voice when we want others to take our arguments more seriously...Anger Myth: If someone attacks you, you attack him backThat way of thinking is completely understandable, especially, when people don't even try to react in some other way. They don't change they reaction because they are afraid of consequences. It's interesting how many things we do automatically without thinking no matter what comes after as a result. By investing small amount of time into thinking about our reactions, we can improve our results. Just start thinking outside of box.Anger Myth: People that become angry often are ill and have to go to hospitalAnger is one of the most common reactions. We all become angry few times a week. And are we ready for hospital? Of course not. Life without anger is habit that comes as you practice. If you don't have mental problems, you can learn to manage anger.
