Out of BodyTime for Exercise: five to 30 minutesProperties Required: noneSteps:Each evening as you prepare to sleep, give your deeper consciousness instructions for going out of your body.1.Relax your body completely.2.Quiet your mind with a meditative practice.3.Reassure your ego self that you will be safe while you travel andthat you can return to your body whenever you wish to, by associatingyour return with some simple action such as moving your arms or legs.4.Visualize your consciousness rolling out of your physical body ina transparent body double. This self can travel through matter andinstantaneously traverse any distance. This self can move freely aboutin time, space, and alternative dimensions.
