When starting a new work at home business it is very easy to become consumed by it. We spend so much time trying to get the business up and running that we may end up becoming burned out and lose our motivation. There is so much to learn and Normal 0 false false false MicrosoftInternetExplorer4 /* Style Definitions */ table.MsoNormalTable{mso-style-name:"Table Normal";mso-tstyle-rowband-size:0;mso-tstyle-colband-size:0;mso-style-noshow:yes;mso-style-parent:"";mso-padding-alt:0in
I think that everyone will agree that your confidence levels tend to be "set" depending upon your experiences whilst growing up. Even as an adult ones confidence levels tend to fluctuate depending upon the experiences which you encounter. Whilst chatting with friends the other evening several confidence breaking experiences came to light. One person mentioned how uncomfortable it had been at school in PE/sports classes when the teacher picked out the two same team captains on a weekly basis and then instructed them choose their own teams. Inevitably they picked their friends and the same few kids were always left to the end, silently praying that they wouldn't be last, again. Another person added that it was equally uncomfortable to always be the one who got to be the goal keeper in hockey, left at the back to freeze quietly on their own. Another type of incident was then brought into the conversation; someone remembered the teacher directing everyone to sing, EXCEPT so and so. Many different variations of this same theme came to light. As one person recounted their own personal nightmare situations, the next person remembered their own and so on. It made me ask a rather obvious question; do these things still happen? Strangely enough, it would seem that they still do. How can this be so? Personally I'd prefer to be hit by a board duster, be subjected to the cane or clipped around the ear than to have to deal with the long term emotional repercussions of having my self confidence shattered into smithereens. I would wager a bet that 99.9% of people are in agreement with me on this matter. You cannot protect every growing and maturing mind from every physical or emotional hurt; but there is no denying that certain things could be avoided with a little bit of thought. Why is it that one can be almost over protected from physical threat and yet left open to emotional abuse? There is however one very positive thing which does come from such uncomfortable experiences in childhood; you develop a great instinct to empathize, and you take care not to put someone else in a similar position. What doesn't kill you makes you stronger and more thoughtful as a person. No matter what your experiences were as a child, you can build your confidence in later life. You do not have to be timid or shy or the person who is always left out or last for the rest of your life. Confidence can be built in many ways, and it can be given a turbo-boost with the help of hypnosis.
