Takeoff your shoes if you can- While you may not be able to keep your shoes off allday long at work, there is a good chance that you can remove them while you areat your desk. When you are feeling a tad too warm, just slip off your shoes andlet things air out for a minute. There is a lot of heat that builds up in yourshoes and taking them off for a couple minutes can help you to feel much cooleroverall. Sure it sounds a bit silly but dont knock it until you try it.
