If you make the positive affirmations too complicated orwordy, you will have a hard time remembering them and soon getdiscouraged and give up. When you actually state the positive affirmation out loud, you need tostate it with enthusiasm and feeling. "I am an awesome team player," or"I am a valuable asset to my company!"
