Technological advancement in the developed and developing world has not spread to the underdeveloped countries. People in the underdeveloped countries are worried about their survival. Basic necessities like food, water and shelter are the top most priority in these places. In this regard the statement that the world has become a global village is not true. In some parts of the world electricity is not there even today. Internet, television and latest technological developments have not reached people in these remote places. Or in other words people in these regions have not even thought about these developments as their priorities are different. We should not overlook the fact that access to a computer and other technology is still a far away dream for many people especially in underdeveloped countries of the world. It will definitely be connected to the rest of the world but penetration into these areas will take place at slow pace as the priority continues to remain on food, clothing and shelter.In conclusion, though a part of the world including the developed and developing countries may form the part of the village the rest of the underdeveloped world still remain segregated from this village.
