今早在roundabout等红灯，前面一辆奔跑刹不住追尾我的车。我下车查看发现我车前面并无损伤，乃至一点漆都没掉。我拿出手机拍照后，奔跑女司机闯红灯跑了。问一下这样的状况要报保险吗？
