我的状况是配偶签证，刚到英国三周。上周我开始在网上请求provisional driving licence.
我在网上填了表，也付了款，明天收到了正式请求表格。
可是下面说To apply for a GB driving licence, you must be normally resident in the UK for more than 185 days.
前面的解释又说： You can only get a GB driving licence if you are normally resident in the UK. To be normally resident you must usually live in the UK for 185 days in each calendar year. Applicants who are not UK citizens or nationals of another EU/EEA country will need to provide evidence of their residency status and will not be considered normally resident if they:
由于我有BRP, 所以我有些困惑。需求等6个月吗？

这是说你要住六个月以上，不是说曾经住了六个月。

you must be normally resident in the UK for more than 185 days. 得多visitor 签证只能待不超过180天，那种是不克不及请求暂时驾照的。而你是配偶签，想待多少天均可以。没有说要你住够185蠢才去请求
