我是一位在英国留先生，前一段时间经过中介找到一份翻译的contractor任务，当初又要和一个叫做 Walkers Smith 的umbrella 公司签合同，对于甚么paye。Walkers Smith 说他们要在我的支出中扣掉固定的一个数量。中介告知我的是时薪£9.95。 然而先生不是能够不交税吗？ 这个Walkers Smith 公司又是干甚么的呢？ 当初好凌乱。。。。请有教训的大神们指导迷津，谢谢！

contractor 要末找umbrella,要末本人limited. Walkers Smith 就是你的umbrella, 简略讲 就是你受雇于Walkers Smith ，他帮你开发票给你的客户，替你收款，给你本人动工资，缴税，保险 （每一年由免税额的），所以要扣掉一部份钱。 要末你要本人注册公司，本人给客户开发票，找会计报税等等

If you are alowed to work,you cannot:
•be employed as a doctor in training (except on a recognised foundation progra妹妹e);
•be employed as a professional sportsperson (including a sports coach);
•be employed as an entertainer;
•be self-employed or engage in business activity; or
• fill a full-time, permanent vacancy (except on a recognised foundation progra妹妹e or as a students’ union sabbatical officer).
