转瞬间，分开糊口了五年的英国曾经恰好10年了。 往年去泰国游览时分，发现了英国考的驾照过时了三个月。。过后考驾照费了不少心理进程艰巨。。真心不想保持这个驾照，当前在其余游览估量也能够用上。
所以请问大家几个对于更新驾照的问题。

Applying by post
You need to fill in renewal form D798 and include:
a new passport type photo taken within the last month (don’t sign the back of the photo)
your current photocard licence (you need to tick the relevant box on the D798 form if you’ve lost it)
a cheque or postal order for £17, payable to DVLA (no fee is needed if you have a medical short period licence or you’re aged 70 or over)
You also need to include identity documents if you’ve changed your name.

这里我有几个问题。 由于自己曾经不在英国寓居了，护照下面的英国签证也早曾经过时。 并且驾照的副页不见了，只要阿谁卡片式的driving licence 在。 我能叫在英国的敌人renew这个驾照吗？ 我看下面是能够邮寄的。

The paper counterpart to the photocard driving licence was abolished on 8 June 2015 原来驾照的counterpart曾经废止了。。
那上去就是一个问题，，必需自己去管理吗？？并且他回邮的地址是注册地址仍是填表的地址呢？？
