任务地点在伦敦。
As a Recruiter you will:
Develop recruiting strategies designed to identify qualified candidates.
Evaluate candidates’ strengths compared with clients’ requirements.
Negotiate pay rates and other terms and conditions of employment with candidates.
Work with Business Development Managers to identify top accounts, target skill sets, key market segments and to assess clients’ staffing requirements.
Maintain relationships with industry contacts to gain industry knowledge, and get referrals and sales leads.
Requirements:
An appetite to work in a target-driven sales environment
First-rate co妹妹unication skills and ability to articulate ideas
Professional image
Ability to cope with rejection.
Desirables:
Experience within a cold calling sales environment
Language required： English and Chinese(Mandarin and Cantonese)
