请问对于房子的council tax，假如一个房子住3-4集体（无存款的房子），然而council tax下面只要两集体的名字，那假如把此外阿谁人的名字加之去，council tax就要多交吗？是按人头交的吗？

假如外面有full time student等其余合乎减免名目的， 需求看local council的详细方法。

The council tax cost is in 8 groups - bands
The cheap houses in band A
The expensive in band H
The more expensive your house, then your band is higher, so you will pay more.
You can pay totally for 1 year, or pay every month
It makes no difference if just 2 people live in the house, or just 10 people.
Still the same cost.
But if just 1 person lives in the house, then you get 25% discount.
