A camshaft position sensor is used on automobiles that do not have distributors. The camshaft position sensor tells the computer on the vehicle which cylinder is firing and times the firing of each cylinder to ensure the automobile engine operates efficiently. When the camshaft position sensor fails or is bad, the automobile develops symptoms such as not starting, misfiring and hesitating during acceleration.

你的車子應該已經過了5萬了吧，是否K十二型號？是的話，過了5萬，你的timing chain時要更換了，因為camshaft position sensor誤認為錯位，只是換傳感器不克不及解決問題，需求整個timing chain kit換，有的是在7萬才發生，最晚的事8萬。
