我去邮局问了一下，说要我填个甚么表格，说是表格连驾照一同寄给我的，然而我曾经找不到了，当初我应该怎么办。
此外再求教一下，6岁的孩子身高十二0厘米，法律规则乘车要坐儿童维护椅吗。

去邮局要个表格,详细哪一个表格我忘了,而后填上你的新地址,把你的驾驶执照连同那张PAPER那张还有请求表一同邮寄出去,很快你就会收到新的,
PS:这边法律规则最佳连同你的车的V5一起把地址改了,这样当前万一有甚么事件,你也不怕了

You can change the address on your driving licence online. Apply using your Government Gateway ID; if you don’t have one or need to re-register, you’ll get an ID as part of your application.

You can also change the address on your licence by post. The process is different if you have a photocard or paper driving licence.
Photocard driving licence
Complete the ‘changes’ section on your paper counterpart, sign and date it.
Then send both your photocard driving licence and the paper counterpart to:

Paper driving licence
Send the following to DVLA:
a completed form D1 ‘Application for a driving licence’ for car and motorbike licences, or a completed form D2 ‘Application for a lorry/bus licence’ for lorry and bus licences

Read the No.74 onward
CHILD aged 3 to 十一 and under 1.5 metres (about 5 feet) in height - Appropriate child restraint MUST be worn if available. If not, an adult seat belt MUST be worn.
Hope you already know the importances and reason to have a child seat for the young.
Therefore you need to have a child seat for the 6yr old.

我记得我以前是上网改的地址，而后dvla把改好地址的驾照和paper counterpart给我寄回来了，我再把旧的驾照剪了连同paper counterpart一同寄回去dvla就行-了

能够去邮局或者打电话给dvla 告知他们你的paper丢了，他们会给你新的，填好当初的地址和驾照一同寄回dvla，过几天就收到新的啦;P

比来驾照就快到十年了，，也是遇到一样的问题，驾照纸部份不见了， 人也回国了，真的不想挥霍了英国的驾照，但愿renew一下。不知道怎么弄。大侠们给点意见吧。。
