因为国内买英股的门槛很高（300万资产才能买），于是我另找办法，本人在国内从没来过英国，今年2月我开了英国虚拟银行，并用它的statement开了Degiro买英国股，现在出问题了，他们发邮件说我的税收地址有问题，而且必须9月1号前必须更改，我这怎么办好？，邮件是这样写的：
Verify tax data in your DEGIRO account
We are contacting you with regards to the personal tax information in your DEGIRO account with username (xxxxx).
Our records indicate that the country of tax residence you have declared is different from the country of your home address. This is unusual and therefore we ask you to check and if applicable correct this data.
You can see your address and/or your country of tax residence by logging in to your DEGIRO account and going to the profile page. On this page you can also make any necessary changes.
We kindly ask you to check your data and make any changes before September 1st.

你家地址和居住地址不一致，你当时怎么填写的呢？
你把你在这家网站里面个人profile更改一下个人信息就好了。

地址方面真实的填写就可以了。

问题是我的地址是China 不是UK,DEGIRO open account 的eligibility 是地址在EEA或者UK ,虚拟银行的地址那开户的eligibility 是可以the address of friends in UK,所以虚拟银行没fraud,所以现在很纠结

你就实话实说呗。对方如果close你的account，会把钱放还你的“虚拟银行”的账户的。你不是欧盟居民，确实不符合开户的要求。
