雇主在招聘时故意隐瞒了公司正在重组裁员的信息,导致朋友入职两个月后做完项目被解聘,这事儿算谁的。。。不是我的事, 但是大开眼戒,这种没有诚信的雇主自然不值得继续效力,但是想知道这种事儿说得过去吗。。。

要是知道要裁员公司肯定不会招新人的因为完全没有必要,裁人的时候如果没有其它办法决定裁什么人一般都是last in first out,你朋友就是运气不好。

没过试用期而已。公司不可能不能预见2个月后的事。如果为了项目招temp就好

For an employee to bring an unfair dismissal claim, they will need to have two years continuous employment otherwise their claim will not get through the employment tribunal sifting process. It is worth remembering, however, whilst the employee during the probation period will not have the required length of service to bring an unfair dismissal claim, there are other claims that they could bring which have no qualifying period, i.e. protected disclosure (whistle blowing), discrimination, health and safety etc.

话说这种事情真不少,sgs好几年前就决定撤出欧洲市场的。但是不阻止他们继续招人,有先见的2年前就离职了。
我还认识刚上任第一天遇到裁员的,直接进入administration了。这才叫倒霉。
