Residential Secure Income Plc (“ReSI”) is a new UK REIT to be premium listed on the London Stock Exchange ReSI will invest in residential asset classes that comprise the stock of UK social housing providers (i.e. Housing Associations and Local Authorities): ─ Shared ownership housing ─ Market rental housing ─ Functional housing for tenants with specialist requirements ─ Sub-market rental housing Target initial raise of up to £300 million ReSI will target, on a fully invested and geared basis, a secure, long-dated, inflation-linked dividend yield of 5.0% p.a. (paid quarterly) and a total return in excess of 8.0% p.a. (assuming 2.5% RPI)(1) Strong pipeline of investment opportunities driven by inbound requests from social housing providers to seek alternative methods to recycle capital to fund further development Indicative terms of long term inflation-linked investment grade equivalent debt financing intended to be in place prior to asset acquisition, ensuring underlying asset quality, mitigating refinancing risk and interest rate exposure Investment management will be provided by ReSI Capital Management Limited (the “Manager”), a wholly owned subsidiary of TradeRisks Limited TradeRisks is a long-standing adviser and debt arranger to Housing Associations and Local Authorities, with a 16 year proven track record
