由于有用到gift money，solicitor提了三条要求：

Confirmation in the English language from an accountant or solicitor qualified in the Jurisdiction confirming what their occupation is; how long the accountant or solicitor has worked for the person; how the funds in the account have accumulated; ID to be certified in the English language by the accountant or solicitor being a copy of the investors passport and recent utlity bill. The accountant or solicitor to confirm that the passport bears a true likeness to the person presenting it and it is a certified copy of the original; A copy of the accountants or solicitors letterhead in the English language; 好麻烦。钱是国内父母寄来的。国内哪有accountant or solicitor做类似公正？而且父母都已经退休。这个怎么弄啊？

律师可以换，只要有 letter of authority，你想指定哪个律师代理都行

2,3 很简单, 1里面 只有一点"how the funds in the account have accumulated", 这个我觉得比较麻烦.
2需要的在中国找律师行是可以做ID证明的, 国内可能叫见证书一类的, 叫你爸妈拿上户口本和护照, 找律师行作证明, 你可以问你这边买房律师要证明书的wording和格式.
3就可以包括在2里面, 正规点律师行肯定有headed paper.
1里前两条是啥写啥, 但是这钱是怎么存起来我觉得律师有点闲的蛋疼了, 一般有paper trace证明钱的源头都是来自你的父母就好, 除非这些钱大部分都是刚刚存进你父母的账户的. 只要存了有个半载一年的, 怎么来的你就随便扯一下就好.
我很好奇怎么把钱’寄’过来? 是指快递方式吗? 如果不能在一定程度上证明钱的来源, 你的Financial advisor, 房子developer和你的律师会接受你户头里的钱？

难弄的在于
an accountant or solicitor qualified in the Jurisdiction confirming what their occupation is 国内的会计师或律师做这方面的活吗？父母已退休，职业是退休？
how long the accountant or solicitor has worked for the person; 父母压根没用过这样的会计师，律师，现找？how long也是刚开始。
how the funds in the account have accumulated; 这怎么证明？退休工资? 少得可怜。父母都是普通百姓，平时慢慢积累下来的。

能推荐剑桥附近的solicitor吗？这样能当面谈。这家是PLS Solicitors，远在曼城。是卖主方推荐的。卖方要求从draft contract到exchange contract 28天内完成。搞这么复杂怎么完得成呢？
