貌似有两个group exercise，一个analysis+ presentation和一个in-tray exercise:’(
四个exercise的brief如下：
[b]1. Assigned Role Group Discussion
You will take part in a group discussion where you will have a copy of a core brief and an individual brief specific to your role. The purpose of the meeting is for the group to reach agreed recommendations. The assessor will be assessing:-
Focusing on Customers;Team Working and Oral Communication.
There are two separate tasks to this exercise. You will prepare a written report, and then attend a short meeting to present your findings to an assessor acting as the client . You will have 90 minutes to prepare your report and later in the centre you will have 30 minutes for preparing for the briefing and the meeting. The assessor will be assessing:- Analytical Skills; Decision Making;
Communication Skills (written and oral); Planning and Organising
The exercise comprises four distinct parts lasting a total of 55 minutes where you will be expected to resolve an issue with a customer. A trained HMRC role-player will play the role of the customer and the assessor will be assessing: -
Analytical Skills; Focusing on the Customer; Decision Making and Oral Communication.
The project management exercise lasts 75 minutes and is an in-tray exercise where you will be provided with a number of items and asked to make decisions and provide a response. The assessor will be assessing:- Decision Making; Team Working; Planning and Organising and Written Communication.

in-tray 或 e-tray不难, 主要测试你的对压力的承受能力, 不过你好像也已经考完了, 说什么也没用了…
