depends on the system record the vec. reg or your driving license.
e.g. for speeding caught by camera, and the letter will sent to the car reg. keeper. rather than the driver’s

( How do you don’t know this? This has been clearly written in the Highway code, Highly recommend you have a copy in your pocket.)

如果你要被扣分，那麼就是你的車子已經違規了，你會先收到一個信說問當天是不是你開車，你承認了才會跟著你的駕照地址來走程序。最先收到的信應該是你的車子註冊地址。
