"Do you know Modena?", organized by the municipal Tourism Service and Modenatur, will resume on Oct. 27 with a guided tour to the Duomo cathedral and to the museums.This is a training course on the major attractions and artistic resources of the city, aimed at people with whom tourists often turn to ask questions about exhibitions, monuments, restaurants and more: hotel porters, custodians of museums and libraries, operators travel agencies, book sellers, shopkeepers, or municipal police officers.Until April, about twice a month, free of charge, people interested can visit and learn about the heritage of the city: the Cathedral, churches and monuments as the Palazzo Ducale, historical and contemporary museums and galleries, as well as the most original places of exposure, like Stanguellini car museum or Cagliari coffee museum or that of the picture-cards or the volley ball.Each appointment must be booked via email or phone at the IAT, and Tourist Information Office Via Scudari (tel. 059 2032660, [email protected]).The maximum number of participants is 30 persons and, if more than 30, a second appointment will be arranged to allow everyone to participate. When registering you must provide your profession (municipal police officer, agency operator, operator information desk or hotel reception desk). Operators or managers of commercial activity should indicate the name of the restaurant, shop or bar in which you work.At the first meeting dedicated to the Cathedral and its Museum, scheduled for Thursday, October 27 at 14.00, you must sign in by Thursday, October 20.
