A different traveller added this is the best place to stay in Punta Arenas. The staff are truly helpful, considerate and attentive. It was a great way for them to both start and end their journey in Patagonia. They felt the hotel had a international feel and that the rooms were superb.Another person who only stayed one night before a flight out commented that everything was perfect. The TV has 99 satellite channels and the internet connection is excellent. The staff was great, they even offered to print their boarding passes when they were unable to print them in the business center. The location was great, right near lots of shops and restaurants so you can walk there.Another traveller commented on the stunning lobby bar which served fantastic drinks some of which made with local berry liquers. They also noted the wonderfully and equally stunning restaurant with a very broad menu as well as a sushi bar during cocktail hour. Breakfast includes an omelette buffet. They feel their overall experience was an absolute delight. Another couple travels to Punta Arenas every six weeks and they always stay 2-3 nights at the Cabo de Hornos Hotel. They have never been disappointed.
