Like any American, traveling occasionally is just what I love doing and I bet you share the same stuff with me. But traveling does not mean that you would be safe. It is also among the most important, receiving a significant proportion of domes
I am often in charge of family vacations for a number ofreasons, primarily because I dont trust anyone elses coordinating skills. Rememberingback to the time when my husband planned a camping retreat and our tent caughton fire, I decided to adopt the full time role of vacation director. While I was not necessarily interested in wearing a whistlearound my neck nor a bucket hat with cheesy pins attached, my role as vacationdirector was an outlet for creativity and ingenuity: my family a tough crowd toplease and my own reputation at stake for further vacations. I selected Mexicobecause it was a mysterious place to us; our imaginations running wild with thethought of bull fights, open air markets and white sand beaches. And whilethere werent too many destinations I knew well other than the nefarious Cozumeland Cancun, I was confident the shores of theLatin paradise would have something up its sleeve for us. Our vacation in the end resulted in a smashing success. Everyone had the timeof their lives and whether we knew it or not, our Spanish had improveddramatically. We bought traditional tamales, drank cold fruit sodas and gotalong tremendously well with locals who welcomed us into their homes with openarms. Mexicois a magical place if you know where to go. We explored the less-popular placesbecause thats what we like, though if you are looking for widespread partyingand tourism, the mainstream travel destinations might be your cup of tea. The people and the culture are rich in tradition and wefigured it no better place to explore the countryside where a warm, beautifulpeople awaited us. Who knows when well go back next, but one things for sure:this vacation planner definitely made the grade. Zamas Hotel
